I am a design researcher knowledgeable in contextual methods, information architecture, and usability.
Right now, I work at Dropbox. I collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers on the Paper Growth team to envision a business beyond file storage.
Previously, I worked at Atlassian, conducting growth and insights research. My studies informed, for example, top of the funnel experimentation, the 2017 rebrand, and Confluence’s 3-year strategy.
Before Atlassian I worked as a design consultant based in London, embedding in businesses across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Clients included Amnesty International, Standard Bank, GUCCI, hepsiburada, UNICEF, and the UK government, among others.
I studied social science at the University of Oxford (MSc '16) and community studies at UC Santa Cruz (BA '12 summa cum laude). During both degrees I concentrated on understanding ethnography.
